You may find that FXModernMode.dotm template is missing from the list of templates. This is an issue that may take IT support to resolve.
Efofex products automatically copy the required files to this location every time they start. If the file are missing from the location, something is stopping our products from doing their job. This may be a security policy blocking our programs from copying to the location OR some process which deletes the file after it is copied.

Your IT support person will be able to locate a copy of FXModernMode.dotm by Showing The Package Contents of any of our applications. FXModernMode.dotm can be found in the Contents/Resources folder. They may need to manually copy this file to the location shown above or perform some other action which allows the file to be loaded as a global template. We cannot provide much support in this endeavor as every school seems to have a slightly different security setup.
