The table command allows you to lay out equation objects in an automatically sized table layout.
table(1&&2&&3\\4&&5&&6\\7&&8&&9)
The table command is used in exactly the same way as the grid command. The only difference is that tables are drawn with lines marking the individual cells.
The tablec, tabler and tablel commands allow you to create tables with preset alignments.
