When you change a standard font style, or choose a manual font style, you will be provided with the Create Font Style screen.
Here we can select the font we wish to use for text and decide if we want to also change the font size.
If we choose to Standardize the Equation Font, we can select a different font for all equations as well as optionally forcing all equations to use a specific size font.
